Cancellation policy

Soletta subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) and are charged to your saved payment method at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change your frequency anytime from your account, with no fee and no phone call required. You can also email info@drinksoletta.com and we'll cancel it for you.

To stop your next order, cancel or skip at least 3 days before your next charge date. Cancellations made after an order has been charged take effect with the following order. Charges for orders that have already shipped are not refundable, but damaged or missing items are always replaced as described in our refund policy.
