Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and delivery time depends on where you are.

Every case ships in protective, cell-divided packaging built for glass. Because Soletta ships in glass, please bring packages inside soon after delivery, especially in very hot or very cold weather.

Damaged or missing items: If anything arrives damaged or missing, email info@drinksoletta.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement.

Subscriptions: Subscription orders ship on the schedule you choose, every 2, 4, or 6 weeks. You can change or skip a delivery from your account.
